Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation

The Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI) investigates violations of the University's policies regarding nondiscrimination, harassment, and retaliation for both employment and student-related matters. They also provide education and training to encourage a bias and discrimination-free work and learning environment, and to prevent discrimination and harassment.

Represented employees may also file complaints about harassment, discrimination, or retaliation by filing a grievance in accordance with their applicable collective bargaining contact

Policy-covered employees may file complaints about harassment, discrimination, or retaliation through Personnel Policies for Staff Members (PPSM) 70, Complaint Resolution procedures.
